Leases: An Overlooked Decarbonization Tool
At the state and local level, project teams face increased regulation of building operations, including building performance and emissions standards, and requirements related to carbon disclosure and regulation of carbon-driven claims. This means that building design - to improve efficiency - and contractual tools like leases, can clarify and enforce regulatory requirements, and align owners and tenants towards shared goals, all while managing risk and maintaining project value. Join us for an engaging discussion, where we outline the latest market and regulatory trends, and explain why leases are an overlooked decarbonization tool. RSVP using the link below to receive the webinar link!

Partner Event: AeroBarrier in Action: Live Jobsite Demo
Curious about AeroBarrier and how it can help meet Passive House air tightness requirements? Join Artisans Group and Cascade AeroBarrier for a no-frills, on-site demonstration of aeroseal envelope technology on a mixed-use project targeting Phius certification. No formal presentation—just a real-world look at the process in action. It’ll be cold, it’s a jobsite after all, but if you’ve never seen AeroBarrier applied before, this is a great chance to check it out.
With Passive House’s stringent air tightness goals, sometimes you just need a little extra boost for peace of mind or to cross the finish line. Whether you’re troubleshooting air sealing challenges or simply curious about the technology, stop by and see it firsthand.
No RSVP needed—just show up, dress warm, and be ready to learn!
